About this project

This wall-finishing project in Port Perry took previously wallpapered walls to a Level 5 finish. The three photographs document the room during wallpaper removal, during refinishing and after the finishing equipment was cleared away.

The starting view shows patchy wall surfaces around tall shuttered windows and a doorway, with removed material on the floor. In the progress view, the walls have a broad, continuous coating, while floor protection, buckets, finishing tools and a small ladder remain in place.

The final room view shows plain, light-coloured wall surfaces around the existing decorative trim, with the floor uncovered and the work area cleared.
