Contact details: your name, email and any phone number you provide, together with your preferred reply method.

Job details: the jobsite location, work you describe, service selections, timing, access and notes you choose to provide.

Request and technical records: when and how you contacted us, confirmation references, privacy acknowledgements, optional marketing choices, and limited session, security and request-source information. Where available, this can include the referring website, landing page and campaign information attached to your visit.

Please do not send banking details, identity documents, passwords or unrelated personal information through an enquiry form.

GoDaddy hosts this website, its database and private lead dashboard, and provides hosting backups. Incoming business email is handled by Hostinger. Emails and replies may also pass through the sending and receiving email providers.

Where staff use phone or browser alerts, notification providers such as Google or Apple may process the delivery of a generic new-enquiry alert. The alert is designed not to include customer details.

Access is limited to authorized people who need information to handle enquiries, work, administration or legal obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to professional advisers assisting with those purposes.

Service providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

If you contact us through Facebook or Instagram, those platforms also handle information under their own privacy policies. We use information you send us there to respond to your enquiry.

The website uses session and security-token cookies to keep forms working, protect against forged submissions and preserve short-lived form state.

Google Analytics is no longer installed on this website. GoDaddy Real User Metrics remains disabled, and the Meta Pixel is not installed.

Google Search Console reports how the website appears in Google Search; it does not require Google Analytics on this website. We record limited first-party website events in our own application database: clicks on call, email, text and quote buttons, form opens, form engagement, viewed form steps and submission attempts. These records help us understand which contact options and forms visitors use. They use a keyed reference derived from the existing website session; no separate analytics cookie is added. The browser-event endpoint does not store your IP address, names, contact details, form answers or free-form text. Limited server and enquiry-source records are also kept as described above. These events are not sent to Google Analytics.

Previously collected Google Analytics information may remain in Google under the retention settings that applied when it was collected. Removing Analytics stops new collection by this website; it does not delete historical information already received by Google. Previously set Analytics cookies may remain in your browser until they expire or you clear them, but this website no longer loads Analytics to use them.

Our inbox replies do not collect email-open signals. The inbox email-open feature has been removed; previously issued inbox tracking images no longer record signals, and no opt-in action is needed.

Estimate and invoice emails may include an image that records the first possible open, and private document links record the first view after the View button is used. Email apps can block or automatically load images, and links may be forwarded, so these signals do not prove who read a document or approved work. We also record the first Print / PDF request; this means a print dialog was requested, not that printing or saving finished. If you approve an estimate online, we save your typed name, confirmation, approval time and a copy of the estimate details you approved. If you decline online, we record the estimate, response time and any optional reason you provide. A private link may be forwarded, so a typed name is not independent identity verification. We use these records to follow up on requested services and document customer approval. You can block remote images or ask us to send documents without email-open tracking. Customer links expire after 90 days and can be disabled. We do not use these signals for advertising or store an IP address, cookie or device fingerprint for this tracking.

Contact us using the email or phone below to ask what personal information we hold, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity using a proportionate method; do not email identity documents unless a secure method has been agreed.

We respond to access requests within 30 days, subject to extensions or exceptions permitted by applicable law. If an extension applies, we will explain it. Some records may need to be retained, and some information may be withheld where the law permits or requires it.

You can withdraw consent to optional marketing emails by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us. We act on an unsubscribe within 10 business days. This does not prevent communications needed to answer an enquiry or carry out work you request.

You may ask us to stop following up about an enquiry. If we cannot resolve a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
