General information, not a project-specific promise.
Website information describes our services and helps you plan. It is not a project price, accepted scope, booking or construction contract. The cost guide explains scope factors rather than providing a binding quote.
The website does not provide design, engineering, structural, environmental, hazardous-material, insurance or legal advice. Actual methods and responsibilities depend on site conditions and the accepted project documents.
Estimate requests
A request starts a conversation.
Requesting an estimate is free. You decide whether to proceed after reviewing the scope and price.
Submitting a form, emailing, calling or sending a social-media enquiry asks us to review the work. It does not accept a price, reserve a date, authorize attendance or create a construction contract.
We may ask for more information, confirm the service area, arrange an eligible visit, prepare a written estimate or decline work outside the services offered.
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and identify uncertainty. Current public website forms do not accept attachments.
Written estimate and agreement
Review the complete written record.
Before accepting work, review the written estimate or project agreement. It should identify the surfaces and work included, exclusions and assumptions, materials and finish, price and applicable taxes, payment timing, access and protection, scheduling, changes, concealed conditions and any project-specific warranty.
Work becomes binding as the applicable written documents and law provide, after the required acceptance steps. A website visit or enquiry does not replace those documents.
Changes and site conditions
Explain changes and confirm them in writing.
Additional or revised work should not begin until a written change identifies the scope, price, schedule and payment impact and the customer accepts it in writing.
Concealed, unsafe or materially different conditions may pause the affected work while responsibility and options are reviewed. Unaffected work continues only where safe, practical and consistent with the accepted documents.
Customers provide the access, site information and decisions required by their accepted documents. Work may be paused or declined if it cannot be performed safely or lawfully.
Payment and warranty
Look to your accepted project documents.
The applicable written estimate or agreement states the price, applicable taxes, any deposit, payment stages and completion balance. This webpage provides no payment instructions and creates no payment obligation.
Any workmanship warranty must be stated in the accepted project documents. This webpage does not create a warranty duration, coverage promise or claim process.
Website wording does not silently change an agreement already accepted.
Rights and questions
Your statutory rights still apply.
Nothing on this page removes or limits any right, remedy, cancellation right, holdback or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and accepted project documents govern the work.
We may update these website terms; the effective date identifies this version. Later website updates do not silently amend an accepted project agreement.
