Website and project terms

A request starts a conversation—not a contract.

These terms explain how website information, estimate requests and written project documents fit together.

Oshawa Drywall is operated by Oakridge Construction Group Inc. Accepted written project documents—not a website visit—govern contracted work.

Pre-launch notice

These terms are still under professional review.

They are not yet effective, and this private preview is not being indexed by search engines.

Website information

Helpful for planning, but not a project-specific promise.

Website content is general information about services and planning. It is not a project price, accepted scope, offer or contract.

The What Affects Cost page explains common scope factors. It does not provide a price, quote, offer or contract.

The website does not provide design, engineering, structural, environmental, hazardous-material, insurance or legal advice. Actual methods and responsibilities depend on the condition found and the accepted project documents.

Estimate requests

Tell us about the work. We will review the next step.

Submitting a request

A form, email, call or conversation asks Oshawa Drywall to review the job. It does not accept a price, reserve a date, authorize attendance or create a construction contract.

Review and clarification

We may ask for more information, confirm the service area, arrange an eligible visit, prepare a written estimate or decline work outside the services offered.

Information and files

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Mark uncertainty instead of guessing. Current website forms do not accept attachments.

Written estimate and agreement

The complete written record matters.

Before accepting work, review the written estimate or project agreement as a whole. It should identify:

  • The rooms, surfaces and work included
  • Exclusions, assumptions and prerequisites
  • Materials and the expected finish
  • Price, taxes and payment timing
  • Access, protection and scheduling details
  • How changes and concealed conditions are handled
  • Any project-specific warranty wording

Work becomes binding only as the applicable written documents state and after their required acceptance steps are complete.

Changes and site conditions

Pause, explain and put the change in writing.

Additional or revised work should not begin until a written change identifies the scope, price, schedule and payment impact and the customer accepts it in writing.

A concealed, unsafe or materially different condition may pause the affected work while responsibility and available options are reviewed. Unaffected work continues only where it remains safe, practical and consistent with the accepted documents.

Customers are responsible for the access, site information and decisions required by their accepted documents. Oshawa Drywall may stop or decline work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully.

Payment and warranty

Look to the accepted project documents.

The applicable written estimate or agreement states the project price, HST, any deposit, payment stages and completion balance before acceptance. This webpage does not provide payment instructions or create a payment obligation.

Any workmanship warranty must be stated in the accepted project documents. This preview does not create a warranty duration, coverage promise or claim process.

Website wording cannot silently change an agreement that has already been accepted.

Rights and questions

Your statutory rights still apply.

Nothing on this page removes or limits a right, remedy, cancellation right, holdback or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. The accepted project documents and applicable law control in the circumstances.

This page is general information, not legal advice about a specific agreement or dispute. A later website update does not silently amend an accepted project agreement.

The Privacy page explains how website request information is handled.
