+Service questions
Common questions
Do you fix the leak or dry the wall?
No. The appropriate provider must complete plumbing repair, roofing, leak detection, water extraction, drying and any required remediation first. We scope the drywall only after the source is stopped and the applicable dependency work is complete.
Do you repair drywall after a burst pipe or roof leak?
Yes, when the plumbing or roofing source has been repaired and the appropriate provider has completed required drying, remediation or clearance. We can then estimate the ready-to-close wall or ceiling drywall scope.
Does every sheet that became wet need replacement?
There is no responsible remote blanket answer. Material condition, exposure, the cleared boundary and direction from the appropriate provider govern removal. Photos cannot diagnose or confirm moisture, mould, contamination, concealed conditions or clearance.
